049 | My 2nd Iboga Ceremony: Finding True Peace + Ayahausca vs. Iboga (At Iboga Wellness Center)

Episode Summary

Part 2 of my Iboga experience is here! If you missed part 1, I suggest you listen to that first over at episode 45. I recorded this two months after this experience and my love and respect for this medicine continues to deepen. In this episode, I share about the second iboga ceremony at Iboga Wellness Center in Costa Rica. It was a wildly different experience from the first one, and I learned about what true inner peace means and how to access it. This was a life changing, life affirming experience and I don't think I will ever be the same after iboga.

Episode Notes

"Iboga shows you the truth. And when you see the truth you’re not confused anymore. And when you’re not confused anymore, life becomes easier and lighter."

The highly anticipated part 2 of my Iboga experience is here! If you missed part 1, I suggest you listen to that first over at episode 45. In this episode, I share about the second iboga ceremony at Iboga Wellness Center in Costa Rica. It was a wildly different experience from the first one, and I learned about what true inner peace means and how to access it. The beautiful thing about this experience was that I was already starting to integrate new behaviours during the retreat.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, firstly, to the Bwiti people who have opened their doors to Westerners, and allowing us to receive the iboga medicine and learn about the bwiti way of living. Thank you to Levi & Iboga Wellness for such a beautiful, safe and transformational experience. Thank you to the land & and Earth. Lastly, thank you to all the people involved with holding iboga & bwiti in reverence, and especially to those working to safeguard both the sacred wood and the bwiti culture. I bow to you. Bassé!
