This was a life changing, life affirming experience and I don't think I will ever be the same after iboga.

In this episode, I share about the second iboga ceremony at Iboga Wellness Center in Costa Rica. The beautiful thing about this experience was that I was already starting to integrate new behaviours during the retreat.
